Delivery & Product Acceptance

  • All deliveries will be completed within 3–5 working days.

  • Customers must receive the product directly in front of the delivery person.

Return Policy

  • If the product is broken, damaged, or not as described, you can return it immediately to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

  • Once the delivery person leaves, we will not accept any return or replacement requests.

Refund Policy

  • If you return the product at the time of delivery, you may request either:

    • A replacement product, or

    • A full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 working days to process, depending on your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Returns requested after delivery completion will not be accepted.

  • Products damaged after delivery or due to misuse are not eligible for refund/return.
